For one of our clients in the banking sector and located in Luxembourg, we are currently hiring a :

Call Center Agent

Duration : 3 months (renewable)

Start Date : ASAP


About the position

You will have direct contact with the investors, distributors and funds and can identify any issues arising from queries. This give you the opportunity to suggest enhancement throughout Shareholder Services.

Your main responsibilities

You will be mainly answering to incoming phone calls from the investors of our clients in order to answer directly to them if possible.
Queries received by phone which require investigation, you would forward the request through our internal query tracking tool to the relevant team in charge.
You will be in charge of dispatching emails from the main email address and make first analyze. If information are missing, you will be the one who will revert back to the investor to get the missing information in order to handle the request.

Your profile

Economical background/finance
3 years’ experience in Transfer Agency or financial services industry in a customer service environment
Fluent in English/German or English/Italian is a must. Any other language such as Spanish or French would be considered as a strong asset.
Work under pressure
Team spirit
Strong communication skills
Specific knowledge: Outlook, Sara, BLS, Sterlink
